At Cole Haan Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
